Market shift: from know everything to prove enough

Customer conversations now involve humans, bots, and increasingly autonomous AI agents. Regulators are tightening, fraud is accelerating, and enterprise AI strategy is hitting a wall: traditional authentication reveals too much. Zero-knowledge cryptography flips the model.
