Eva Maria Carreira serves as Senior Associate at ipCapital Group. With more than a decade of consulting experience, Eva supports companies in developing and optimizing their intellectual property strategies to align with business objectives, enhance competitive intelligence, and maximize return on innovation investments.

Her work focuses on developing intellectual property strategies informed by business intelligence, including portfolio alignment, enabling organizations to mitigate risk and identify growth opportunities across diverse sectors such as consumer products, smart building technologies, and healthcare.

Before joining ipCapital Group, Eva held academic and technical roles at the University of Vermont and the University of California, Irvine, where she contributed to research, teaching, and data analysis. Earlier in her career, she worked at ASCAMM Technological Center in Spain, managing lightweight alloy projects and providing technical training in materials processing and simulation technologies.
